Our Mission:
The purpose of the Central California Bead Society is to perpetuate the art of beadwork through education, the exchange of ideas and the sharing of experiences while promoting and stimulating this historical art form. This website will introduce you to our non-profit member society and our love of beads and beadwork. We invite you to join us to share your beadwork, stories and tips whether you are just beginning on your bead journey or a master beader. We hope to provide camaraderie and inspiration and a place everyone looks forward to coming to every month.

We are currently meeting on Zoom. We also meet in person on even numbered month at the Madera Ranchos Public Library at 37398 Berkshire Drive. If you have questions about the meetings, please email ccbs@centralcabeadsociety.org.
Meetings:
Meetings are usually held the fourth Saturday of the month, except for November and December. The meeting places can change so it is best to check this website and print the current newsletter for the date, time and location. You'll also want to see what we have planned for the meeting and the newsletter will inform you. Generally, our meetings begin at 9:30 am starting with the business meeting. Then from 10:30 to 11:00 am we will have show-n-tell where members and vistors can share their beaded wonders and of course we can visit and chat. If there is a class it starts at 11:00 am and ends at 1:00 or 2:00 pm. We welcome visitors to come and meet our members, get to know our organization and join our group!

If you love beads and beading, come join us! We also have opportunities to fully engage with our membership and organization in positions on the Board. See the By Laws above and Position descriptions for explanation.
